As Hong Kong's only British-style Chinese restaurant, 1908bc British Chinese offers diners a century of classic flavors, crafted by professionally trained British chefs.

Combining millennia-old Chinese cuisine with centuries of British elegance, and infused with the rich sauce aroma of Kweichow Zhenjiu, a blend of decades of Eastern wisdom, this creates a feast that transcends time and space.
